I absolutely love the outdoors. I will hunt, fish, camp, and just about anything that will get me dirty. I used to run cross country and track for TCU, so I know what it means to work hard and balance a hectic schedule. I have lived in Dallas, Southlake specifically, my whole life and plan on sticking around.

About Me

I am Secondary Education Major at TCU, from Dallas, TX. I have run cross country and track for TCU the past two years and was the captain for the past one. My hope is to become a high-school English teacher, as well as a coach for my specific school.

Experience

The past two summers, I have had the privilege to be a camp counselor at a summer, Christian camp in Tyler, TX called Pine Cove. Working as a counselor for high-school men have really taught me how to adapt to tough situations, follow schedules and rules well, as well as connect to several different kinds of people. I also know how to lead individuals with my leadership experience my Sophomore year in cross country and track, as well as throughout my high school career.

Approach

Growing up, I was put in several different learning centers and connected with outside resources. However, it was the personal one-on-one help from teachers and tutors that really helped my progress academically, as well as peaked my interest to be a teacher when I am older. As a tutor, I will attempt to be just that for any student - a person to individually help with full effort academically, as well as severing as a mentor if needed.
