Fun Facts

My hobbies and interests consist of the performing arts and being creative (i.e. drama, acting, dancing, singing, playing piano or trumpet, drawing, etc.). I am also an aspiring author who is not yet published in regards to the novel series I am still currently writing. I have a talent for voice mimicry as well, especially when I am singing or acting.

About Me

I am a college graduate with a BA in the Liberal Studies blended program at Fresno State with a concentration in history. I am currently in the process of trying to finish getting my teaching credentials for elementary school and for middle and high school mathematics. I also have a passion for helping others succeed academically and in life.

I have many years of fresno">tutoring experience with all grade levels. I have tutored many different subjects to students from various backgrounds socially, economically, academically, and personally. I have also taught in the classroom as a student-teacher and a substitute teacher for grades K-12.

When it comes to fresno">tutoring, I try to establish a level of trust, respect, and acceptance between the person I am fresno">tutoring and myself. No two students learn the exact same way, and I adapt my fresno">tutoring style to fit their needs so that they can always complete the assignment or knowledge task ahead of time, or at least on time. I am still trying to get a feel for what works and what doesn't in regards to fresno">tutoring, but no matter what I try, I always manage to help a student achieve what most parents or educators consider impossible for the student to do within an expected, but limited time frame.
