Fun Facts
I developed a passion for Astronomy star gazing in rural Nigeria watching stars cross the horizon. I am also very intrigued by space travel. I enjoy playing racquetball, soccer, and badminton at the gym.
About Me
I graduated from the university of Texas at Austin with two degrees in Physics and Astronomy. I am currently enrolled at the university of Texas at Arlington in order to earn a degree in doctorate degree in Aerospace Engineering. I hope to become an Astronaut and someday visit Mars.
I enrolled in the Freshman Research Initiative (FRI) at UT Austin, and was mentored about how to perform research in a physics lab. I was eager to mentor other students in how the process of research and also make an impact in their professional development as scientists. I gave classroom instruction on the principles of experiments, and payed attentions to the experiments performed by students in order to ensure their safety. I was very patient with students when they made mistakes, and would have to step in to correct them. As a frog arlington">tutor, I am excited about continuing to mentor and arlington">tutor.
In my early years in elementary school, I struggled with Math. I began doing well in my studies after listening to my uncle about how understanding Math would allow to achieve better prospects. I understand that it is not only important to talk about the right steps, but to also practice them. As a arlington">tutor, I attempt to take time to understand what the students knows in order to determine how I can best help them. I constantly ask students questions in order to make sure they understand the basic principles, and guide their thinking process towards the right solutions.
