Fun Facts

I play the harp and absolutely love music! In the past I played violin, piano, and guitar (which I still mess around with sometimes). I drive an old '85 VW bus which I completely adore. I enjoy spending time outdoors whether that be boating, hiking, camping, rock climbing, or just hanging out enjoying nature.

About Me

I am a Freshman at the University of Utah and a member of the Honors College. I am on the First Year Council (student government) and am a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, both of which have helped me learn how to balance my time very well. I am double majoring in psychology and chemistry with an emphasis in environmental/atmospheric studies and would love to get my ecology and legacy minor through the honors college and/or a minor in environmental sustainability.

Experience

I spent many hours throughout junior high and high school tutoring students in grades k-12, whether they be friends or just for volunteering at my local elementary. I love helping people and look forward to making a difference in the lives of many students.

Approach

I use a hands on approach that gives the students lots of practice while also helping them absorb the material and concepts. I like to try and make learning fun!
