People can easily tell that I love painting. Any time I have time, I love to enjoy outdoor walk to get some fresh air and achieve my fitbit step goal. I love singing Bollywood songs and dancing on folk music.

About Me

I am an Occupational Therapy student at Midwestern University. When I graduate, my ultimate goal is to work with mental health population. I have done my bachelor degree in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University. I was in Dean's List for 2 years in a row.

Experience

I had the opportunity to tutor students at Paradise Valley Community College three days a week. I have also been doing private tutoring since 2010. Right now, I am on my rotation to work with students in Autism Program and children with Behavioral Disabilities at Paradise Valley Unified District.

Approach

As a future occupational therapist, I want students to be independent and successful in what they are doing. My approach is very unique. Before I reach out for help, I would like to ask my student "what you think first and how should you tackle this problem?" "what should be the initial step?" I would like my students to brainstorm their own ideas instead of giving away my ideas. I found to be very effective when I was a child and I would like to deliver my knowledge the same way.
