Fun Facts
I'm a huge board game nerd. Everything from the classic family game of Monopoly to the needlessly complicated game The Quest for Arcadia. Additionally, on any given day you could find me on the squash courts practicing or scrimmaging.
About Me
I am a First Year at the Emory College of Arts and Sciences. I am currently studying Mathematics, and will have completed Linear Algebra and Number Theory by the end of 2016. My end goal is to receive a PhD in Mathematics.
Experience
By the end of High School, I became a Teacher's Assistant for Latin, teaching Latin II. All throughout my life, I've tutored people in math, as I was usually a year ahead of people in my class in terms of math.
Approach
My approach is one that focuses on understanding the material, as opposed to just getting the answers. I want the students to truly understand the why instead of the what. I am a very persistent person, and I can recognize the areas people need help with, so I can focus on those to make sure students get a strong grasp on all of the information.
