I love to travel! The most exotic place I have been to is Morocco, Africa. I love to watch and play sports, especially football and hockey. I also enjoy eating out and hanging out with my friends and family.
About Me
I graduated with an undergrad degree in Marketing from the chicago">University of Illinois at Chicago in 2000. I had my own real estate business from 2001-2008. I then went back to DePaul University where I earned my Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) degree. I was a Graduate Assistant for my final year there. I have tutored several different students in accounting at DePaul and kendall-college">Kendall College ranging from Introduction to Accounting to Intermediate Accounting to Advanced Financial Accounting. Most rececenly I have worked in tax at a public accounting firm called Baker Tilly. I am also an expert in and can chicago">tutor both Individual Tax and Property Transactions and Corprate Tax Accounting. I have a strong math background as well and can chicago">tutor basic math, Pre -Algebra, and Algebra. I thoroughly enjoy chicago">tutoring and many of my students have achieved their desired results in their respective classes! I have references that I can provide upon request.
I began chicago">tutoring in January 2011 and continue to do private chicago">tutoring. The courses I have tutored include: Introduction to Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Advanced Financial Accounting, Cost and Mangarial Accounting, Individual Tax and Property Transactions, as well as Advanced Financial Accounting. I also tutored basic math. I was a Graduate Assistant (GA) at DePaul for one year in the College of Commerce and Management Information Systems. As part of my duties as a GA, I tutored all levels of accounting classes to both undergrad as well as graduate students.
For me, a large part of chicago">tutoring is instilling confidence into the students. Oftentimes students are down due to poor performance in their classes and are frustrated with not being able to comprehend the material. I always access where students are at in terms of their comprehension of the material by asking questions and going through the concepts.
