I enjoy working with people of all ages. I get my energy from people. I have 1 son and have lived in colorado for 23 years. Over the years I have owned 2 dogs, 3 guinea pigs, 2 rabbits, 3 lizards and dozens of fish
About Me
I am currently a substitute teacher for grades 1st - 12th and periodically substitute at the community college. I love to work with people of all ages from 1-100. I volunteer with many organizations and look forward to my next opportunity to teach. One of my goals in life is to continue to have no regrets.
Experience
I have a bachelors degree and have worked in the fields of education and computer. Most recently, I have been a substitute teacher work with many students in all subject areas to included education/colorado/denver">special education and students with disabilities. I have tutored many students through the years and enjoy watching them learn and grow. Working for Frog Tutoring gives me the opportunity to impact even more lives of students that need help and watching them excel.
Approach
I have always enjoyed teaching and helping students learn. Through positive encouragement, persistence and patience I enjoy the passion of tutoring. As a tutor, I attempt to bring this attitude to all of my student session. Instead of giving students answers, I feel it is my responsibility to not only teach them the content, but providing study skills that will help them be successful in all classes!
