Fun Facts
I love to travel! I recently returned after having studied abroad in Rome for a full year, an experience in which I also ran my own Travel Blog on Stamp Travel Tips. I really enjoy seeing new cities and exploring new neighborhoods and I'm always excited for the next adventure. I am also a cook (albeit not very good) and I look cooking for my family and friends.
About Me
I am a Senior Classical Studies Graduate from Santa Clara University. I have been on the Dean's List for the past 4 years with a 3.8 GPA and have participated in Leadership Committees on a global scale. After I graduate, I plan to enroll in graduate school to earn my teaching degree and become an English and History Professor.
Experience
I am a tutor with 4-5 years of experience. I used to work for a few different Honors Societies at my local high school with a variety of different students of different age groups and schools. I really enjoy working with students and nothing makes me happier than seeing my students make considerable progress. I hope that my time at Frog Tutoring can help me continue this passion with other students and further improve their education.
Approach
As a kid, I did not care about school. For me, school was a lot of work and I had difficulty taking an interest in my education. It was through a supportive learning environment created by teachers and tutors that I became passionate about my education. As a result, I believe in inspiring students to find their passions and interests in whatever class they are in. I believe that it is important for students to find enjoyment in learning and I strive to help them reach their full potential.

Classic Studies Major
English Tutoring
As a Classics Studies Major, I constantly work on different essays entailing history, literature, and sociology. I have taken AP English Literature and received a 97% in the course. I also took the AP Exam and received a 4. Later, I began to take English Courses in a variety of different subjects and Literatures, including Ancient, Italian, and Poetry, all of which I received A's and B's.
History Advance Tutoring
I am a Classical Studies Major and thoroughly discuss and study Ancient Cultures, Literatures, and Histories on a weekly basis. Apart from this however, I have also studied U.S. History as well as Medieval and Renaissance History. I took the APUSH exam in high school and received a 5 and was one of the top students in my Italian Cultures and Ideas College Course in Freshman Year.
Latin Tutoring
As a Classics Studies Major, I have been studying Latin for nearly 8 years, studying authors such as Ovid, Vergil, Caesar, and Pliny among others. I took the Latin AP Exam in my senior year of high school, in which I received a 4 as well as an A+ in the class. I have dedicated a lot of time and energy into this subject and I work very hard when translating Latin.

As a Classics Studies Major, I study Ancient Literature all the time as part of my major. I have taken AP English Literature and received a 97% in the course. I also took the AP Exam and received a 4. Later, I began to take English Courses in a variety of different subjects and literatures, including Ancient, Italian, and Poetry, all of which I received A's and B's.

Microsoft PowerPoint Tutoring
I am extremely proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, having created dozens of different presentations through several of my classes. I understand how to keep and engage with an audience and get a crowd to listen to my presentation. I received As and Bs through these assignments and have been known to make my presentations entertaining and fun.
Microsoft Word Tutoring
I have written several different essays through Microsoft Word and understand how best to format essays and research papers. I have received A's and B's for my work in a variety of different classes.
Video Production Tutoring
I have worked in a variety of different clubs, jobs, and organizations where I have filmed, produced and edited different movies. I used to run my own YouTube Channel with my friends and was heavily involved in every aspect of filmmaking from directing to editing. I also took two different COMM classes on a college level in which I received an A after making 2 different short films.
