Fun Facts
Although I have degrees in science, I am a photographer, hip hop dancer, and self-taught makeup artist! I am extremely passionate about conservation and love primate species. I have traveled all over the world and plan to do much more traveling in the future!
About Me
I have just moved to Renton, WA from Reno, NV. I have undergraduate degrees in honors from the University of Nevada-Reno in Neuroscience and Wildlife Ecology & Conservation. Just recently, I have graduated with my master's degree from the University of Roehampton, London in Primate Biology, Behavior, and Conservation. Currently, I am trying to build up my photography business.
Experience
I have been a member of multiple honor societies and conservation groups. I have tutored students in high school in various subjects. Most recently, I have tutored my husband in algebra since he takes classes online. I have worked with people of all ages (from kids to seniors) from various jobs,
Approach
As an IB and AP student, I received tutoring frequently so that I could do well in my classes and earn college credit. In college, I went to tutoring for classes that I found were difficult and always found them helpful. I recognize the importance of tutoring, whether it is to help a student catch up, or to help them excel in a particular subject. As a tutor, I would be excited to share the knowledge that I have gained.
