Sun, trees, flowers, and animals-anything associated with the outdoors-makes me happy. I enjoy taking long walks in the sun collecting flowers along the way. Because of this, I frequently take my study breaks outside; to clear my mind and get some fresh air. I also love people. I cannot get enough interaction with people. About Me

I am a recent graduate of Santa Clara University and majored in math. I love working with students to help them better understand math. It is through helping them with their math difficulties that I also feel a great sense of accomplishment and I do my best to help them in anyway possible.

I have 6+ years of math torturing experience. Ever since I have done well in the subject, I have worked to help others. Eventually helping others expanded to one on one tutoring and just this past year I was fortunate to be a part of the Math Honor Society, Pi Mu Epsilon at Santa Clara. As a member, I had set hours in which I tutored anyone who came in for help.

I believe in leading the student to the answer through discovery. This means I ask them how they think they should approach it and I guide them along. When they make a mistake, I work with the mistake, to help them better understand the process. Overall, I want students to develop a way of thinking, not just getting the answer through a series of set steps.
