For as long as I can remember, I have always enjoyed helping others.I am known to be extremely diligent and hard-working. I tend to stop at nothing, within reason, to accomplish my goals.

About Me

I am currently one of the Project Managers for a small architectural firm and the Social Media Lead Generator for a mortgage firm. My plans included obtaining a Finance/ Accounting degree and later on become a CPA. I am currently attending Houston Community College in hopes of accomplishing my goals.

Experience

Throughout middle school and high school, I tutored a vast number of students with their studies, particularly the Spanish-speaking students. I specialize in Mathematics, English, and Spanish as a Foreign language. I was a private tutor for a young gentleman in 6th grade as he was having problems with Math. I was also a private tutor for a dyslexic child in elementary (with Math and English). I can get recommendations if you'd like.

Approach

I never imagined myself wanting to teach. I always did the bare minimum to get through. In 7th grade, one of my teachers noticed I wasn't using my full potential. That is when I discovered my love for helping, teaching, and numbers. In high school, my Math teachers always pushed me to excel and I hope I can do the same to kids that need that extra push in any subject.
