Fun Facts
One thing that people usually note about me is my patience. I am a very understanding person and from there roots my ability to be patient with others. Another thing that i am really passionate about is sports. On my free time i love either watching sports or playing them with my friends.
About Me
I am a Sophomore Chemistry major at St. John's University. I've been on the Dean's List for 2 years in a row! When I graduate, I hope to attend Columbia University in New York to earn my PhD in Medicinal Chemistry. My ultimate goal is to become a Senior Scientist at the FDA.
Experience
As the first member to attend college in my family, i have had the opportunity to tutor many kids. I first started with just tutoring by siblings and from there it grew to their friends. I was tutoring these previous students only to help them, since they looked up to me. I will love to spread this talent of mine by helping more students advance in an area that they may need a little help in.
Approach
As a child, I struggled in school and found learning to be difficult and tedious. In middle school, I was fortunate enough to have a science teacher who, through constant engagement and persistence, helped me realize my true potential. As a tutor, I try to bring this same attitude to all of my students. Instead of giving students answers, I will teach them how to get the answer. Also, Help them develop study skills that will benefit them in the future.

Chemistry I Tutoring
I am currently a Chemistry major at St. John's University. I was placed in Honors Chemistry by taking a placement test.
French I Tutoring
I am Fluent in french. I have also taken IB French for 2 years.
Algebra Tutoring
Being A chemistry Major. I had to take Calculus courses which requires full understanding of algebra.
AP Chemistry Tutoring
I was an AP Chemistry Student in High School. I received a 3 on the AP test.

I was raised in a french speaking family. I have also take 2 IB french classes in high school.
Geometry Tutoring
While in high school, Geometry was one of my favorite subjects because i was always good at it. I also had to take calculus in college which used geometry as some of its proofs.
Homework Coach Tutoring
I have ben helping students with their homework since middle school where i was a peer helper. And recently i have been helping siblings and their friends with homework.

I am currently a student at St. John's University. I have to complete many math courses such as calculus. This requires understanding of high school math.
Music Theory Tutoring
I have taken high school music, where i learned to read music. Also, as a requirement for my major, i had to take an art, which i chose to be music theory.

I have taken an English composition class at St. John's University and received an A in the class.

I am currently a student at St. John's University. I have to complete many math courses such as calculus. This requires understanding of Pre-Algebra.

I have always been a science enthusiast. I am also studying in the science field now. This helps me stay fresh on the knowledge of middle school science.

Even though i am not a history major. I am always kept up with my readings on history. I Still have my basic knowledge of Elementary Social Studies.
