Fun Facts
My father was a cop and my mother was a school principle. They both taught me the importance of serving the community the public for the greater good. I am a dual citizen ( cape Verdean and american ). I enjoy sports such as basketball and football.
About Me
I am a junior at the University of Arizona majoring in political science. When I graduate, I hope to attend Law school in the east coast. My ultimate goal is to become an international affairs analyst.
Experience
As a member of the National Honor Society, I had the opportunity to tutor some students once a week in subjects such as english and spanish. I am also fluent in english, spanish and creole (portuguese-native african language).
Approach
I was fortunate enough to have a mom who, through positive encouragement and persistance, helped me realize my true potential. As a tutor, I attempt to bring this attitude to my students and I also plan to bring many techniques to help the students learn the concepts faster.

Spanish Tutoring
I am fluent in Portuguese which is very similar to Spanish. I talk to most of my Hispanic friends in Spanish on a daily basis.
Portuguese Tutoring
Portuguese is my second language, I took Portuguese since first grade and I am minoring in Portuguese in college. I also know two different Portuguese accents ( Portugal and Brazil)
French Tutoring
I took honors french all throughout high school and I passed with an A. I have been to France where I learned the french accent and became more fluent.

I studied Arabic for a year in college and got straight A's in my classes.
