I am from maryland/baltimore">Baltimore. I am the second youngest of five siblings. I graduated high school at 16 years old.

About Me

I am a sophomore Elementary Education major at Morgan State University. I am a member of the Honors College. I am a member of the National Council for Negro Women in which we are dedicated to community service and sisterhood. Upon graduating from college, I would like to become a teacher in maryland/baltimore">Baltimore City.

Experience

As a member of the National Council for Negro Women, we are dedicated to community service. One of my favorite weekly community services is the mentoring program in which a group of my fellow members and I mentor children from grades 1-8 at William C. March School. Mentoring kids in maryland/baltimore">Baltimore City has peaked my interest for helping kids in need in many ways. I am a preschool teacher assistant at Epiphany Early Learnibg Center as well.

Approach

As a maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutor, I plan to utilize a variety of different teaching methods in a case of trial and error. In school, kids typically have to switch their learning method in order to adapt to their teacher's teaching method. As a maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutor, I will switch my teaching method in order to adapt to my client's learning method. Also, patience is key.
