About Me

I'm a junior in college at Lipscomb University. I transferred from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN after my freshman year of college. I love painting and poetry. I haven't always known I wanted to be a counselor, but as I got older and experienced things in my, it unfolded in front of me. Hopefully, I will be a marriage and couple counselor. I think it's important to be passionate about your work and always try your hardest.

I have not had any professional nashville">tutoring experience, but I have tutored friends and relatives. Although it wasn't for a professional company, it did require time and dedication to help them improve. In high school, I was a teacher's assistant and helped the students with their papers.

Patience is also an important element of nashville">tutoring, because they have already had trouble with it during class. If you reinforce the fact that they are "failing", they aren't going to want to improve or do their work. Also, you should work to keep them engaged and having fun during your nashville">tutor session. If they don't enjoy coming to see you, it's going to be hard for the parents to keep them coming back.
