Fun Facts
I absolutely love coaching soccer to all ages! I enjoy teaching kids skills while making their experience as fun and engaging as possible. I've never played basketball, but I really enjoy going to games and keeping up with the Lakers! I hope I will be able to go to one of their games before I graduate!
I also love animals! I have multiple pets and have rescued numerous animals in the past few years.
About Me
I am a sophomore Accounting and Applied Information Management Systems double major at Loyola Marymount University. I started taking classes at LMU since I was a junior in high school. I'm planning on getting my CPA in the year after I earn my bachelor's degree!
I have tutored numerous middle school and high school kids in past, especially in Math, Science, and English, as well as other subjects.
Experience
A lot of my little sister's friends (a year younger than I) would come to me to help them with their homework ever since elementary school, and continuing in high school. My friends would also come to me for help in Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Chemistry, and English. I love using my skills and knowledge to help people improve and succeed in school! Working for Frog Tutoring will give me the opportunity to help kids improve their skills and allow me to give them tips and advise!
Approach
My goal is to help students conceptually understand subjects in order to achieve better knowledge retention. However, since each student is different, I assess their strengths and weaknesses and how they pick up information so I can use that to alter my methods. I hope to help kids understand their courses on a deeper level so that they will succeed. I want to work to build a healthy tutoring relationship in order to make the student as comfortable as possible and to ensure optimal communication

Acccounting
Accounting Tutoring
I have taken Financial, Managerial, Intermediate I, Cost, and Ethics Accounting, as well as Accounting Information Systems and have an Accounting GPA of 3.5.
Algebra Tutoring
I have taken Pre-Algebra, Algebra I&II and have an average GPA in those classes of 4.0. This was one of my easiest math classes, and had no trouble earning an A. A lot of my friends in all levels of Algebra came to me for help with studying.

Business Tutoring
I have taken numerous Business Administration classes at LMU and have earned an A in all of them. It comes very easy to me and I find it very interesting.
Chemistry Tutoring
I took Chemistry in high school and received an A. It was my favorite subject and was very interesting to me. I tutored a few of my friends and helped them earn As. Subsequently, I took Chemistry AP and received a B+.
Government Tutoring
I have a good understanding of government related school topics and received an A in high school when I took it. In all of my business classes government issues and topics come up frequently.
Pre Algebra Tutoring
I have taken Pre-Algebra, Algebra I&II and have an average GPA in those classes of 4.0. This was one of my easiest math classes, and had no trouble earning an A. A lot of my friends in all levels of Algebra came to me for help with studying.

Trigonometry Tutoring
I took Trigonometry in high school and breezed through it so easily. It was not hard for me to earn an A in that class. All of my friends who were in that class with me always asked me to help them with their homework and studying.

In college I took Rhetorical Arts which requires students to write short essays, summaries, speeches, as well as some longer (10 page) essays. I received an A with no trouble. My friends in high school would often come to me for help with their essays.
Biology Tutoring
I took Biology Honors in high school and received an A. It was a very interesting class and made me look into science as a career. I also helped out other people in my class earn better grades.
