I am an outdoor enthusiast. I love going camping and most of all, I love fishing. Also I enjoy watching sports, especially football and hockey.
About Me
I was born in Kiev, Ukraine. A beautiful eastern-European country north of the Black Sea. I am completely fluent in Russian. My family was given the chance to come to America in 2000 and I was fortunate enough to receive the Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Fresno State in 2012.
Experience
I currently work part-time at Mathnasium, where I fresno">tutor students ranging from K-12 up to college. I am the go-to-guy there for statistics. I have experience with one-on-one and group fresno">tutoring.
I am currently getting a Masters in Computers Science.
Approach
I thoroughly explain to the student the subject that we will be discussing, giving as much relative real world examples possible. Then we will work through some examples together until the student can do it independently.I prefer to use the Socratic method instead of just giving the answer, thus allowing the student to discover the answer on their own.
