Fun Facts
I was a competitive swimmer for 8 years. I had to stop in 10th grade before of a shoulder injury. Once I finished with swimmer I focused on dancing and it is still a passion of mine. I am the oldest of three girls. I love taking cruises and road trips.
About Me
I am a rising junior at Agnes Scott College. I am double majoring in Mathematics and Chemical Engineering using a program this school has with Georgia Tech. I hope to be known one day for making a scientific discovery that improves the Earth or its inhabitants.
Experience
I have officially been tutoring since I was in high school. Math and science has always been my strong suit and I have mostly assisted with elementary and middle school children. However, unofficially I have always helped peers and held mini classes to help with any struggles. I also have two younger sisters that I have had to tutor on occasion.
Approach
My approach is on a individual basis. I have learned that everyone learns different ways and in different time periods. I try to figure out the best way to reach the person I am tutoring to help them gain the best understanding of the concepts.
