First step is to understand the learner and access their individual learning style. Not everyone learns the same so as a miami">tutor I must identify their learning style and create a core curriculum that is structured around their skills and abilities. I must then create ways that allows them to connect to the material that is being taught in both a motivational and interesting way. As it is my responsibility to ensure they are improving and learning the material being taught, it is their duty to make certain that they are giving 100% everyday therefore contributing to their future and continual success as well.

Approach

As a miami">tutor, my goal will be to individualize each lesson plan and curtail it to the specific needs of the child. My idea is to ensure my methods are specific, attainable and reasonable for the child. My motto is to leave each child with the feeling of "I got this" from start to finish!
