About Me

I am from Trinidad and Tobago and lived in this wonderful twin island for 17 years. Trinidad, being such a diverse country of different ethnicities has exposed me to a range of personalities. I have had the opportunity to work and study, in Trinidad and Miami. I have throughly understand the importance of a solid educational foundation. Throughout my days at Barry University, I have tutored many students and I firmly believe that I have a genuine passion for it. That being said, I also love shopping, table tennis, traveling, and above all EATING.

At Barry University I was both a Biology miami">Tutor and a Biology Lab Teaching Assistant.

Biology Lab Teaching Assistant (08/10 – 12/10)
•Assisted in proper procedural and safety standards in the classroom at all times, arranged laboratory for each class exercise, including organization and distribution of equipment, supplies, and handouts; cleaning, and proper disposal of chemicals and bio hazardous waste in the lab following class; maintained an inventory of required laboratory supplies.
•Provided administrative and teaching support to instructors by: conferring and planning with professors, proctoring exams and grading as necessary.
