About Me

I am currently a first year graduate student at Loyola University pursuing my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I graduated in 2012 from UMBC with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a minor in Spanish & Sociology. I love maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutoring/teaching and working with children and adolescents. I want to one day become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and work with children and adolescents.

I have a few years of maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutoring experience with students in middle school and high school. I worked as an Educational Assistant with special needs students. I went with them to their classes and tutored them in various subjects. I helped with Math, Science, Social Studies, Spanish, English, and Social Skills. I tutored in a variety of different levels with each of these subjects.

I am a very patient person who will allow those who I am maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutoring to try things out on their own before I jump in to solve the problem. I will be able to teach different techniques for effective studying and will be able to adjust my maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutoring techniques based on the individual's needs. I think it is best to show that learning is fun! I will encourage the students and let them know that they can succeed!
