Fun Facts
Crafting is my main hobby, but in my spare time, I also enjoy travelling, watching movies and TV shows as well as listening to music. I am the youngest of two and have developed a great love for dogs. I like to enjoy the simple things in life- bacon, cheese, and ice cream. I hope to one day be tri-lingual, I am currently working on Spanish!
About Me
I am currently a freshman biology major at St. Edward’s University in Austin about to begin sophomore year, heading down the pre-medical track. I’ve had a 4.0 GPA all year and have been on the Dean’s List all year. After earning my Bachelor’s degree, I hope to go to Dell Medical School in Austin and train to become a successful medical professional.
Experience
I have been teaching various subject like math, Vietnamese, science, and music since I was in eighth grade and have gained lots of experience working with students as a result. I’ve taught at my church and through organizations in high school like National Honor Society and Tri-M and am looking forward to making more of a difference in students’ lives through Frog Tutoring.
Approach
Growing up, I often found myself disliking subjects that my teachers would show no passion for and liking subjects that teachers were excited about. I have applied this mentality into my tutoring. My approach is to include as much positivity and encouragement as possible into my tutoring so that students can see the same passion that I have for every subject I teach and find their own love for them as well.
