The most important thing to know about me is that I love being active! I have swam and played tennis competitively all throughout my life. I also love playing outside with my dog troy">Troy. I have found that when I take care of my body, I take care of my mind and spirit as well.

About Me

I am currently a chiropractic assistant at Jaffe Chiropractic Clinic in Charlotte. I have been there for over 2 years, and I have to say that I absolutely love it! The fact that I get to help sick people get well on a daily basis is truly a blessing.

I graduated from Virginia Tech 2004 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. As part of a project requirement for a psychology class, I tutored middle school and high school students for two semesters in Roanoke, Va. During that time, I had the opportunity to help many children achieve their academic goals. Nothing pleased me more than to see one of my students show me an A on their test or homework assignment. Many of them did not see an A very often. They were so proud of themselves, and so appreciative of the help I had given them, that all I felt was gratitude. I know that I will be able to experience the same emotions and results with my students at Frog charlotte">Tutoring, and for that I am very excited!

Growing up, good grades were never up for debate in my house. I learned very quickly how to get my homework and studying done quickly and correctly. Juggling school with a full time swim schedule was not an easy task, but if I could get it done I have no doubt that any child can. That is what I hope to instill in my students with this program. Anything can be achieved with persistence, patience, and a little bit of help!
