Fun Facts

Two of my greatest passions in life is Kpop and crochet. I started listening to it 5 years ago and now it's the majority of the music I listen to. My love for crochet came slowly but surely. I was self-taught which came with frustration, but I worked through it and am now a fairly skilled crocheter. I soon hope to open an online shop where I can sell my creations.

About Me

I am a sophomore at a community college in Kansas City. I plan to take the general education credits I earned there and transfer them to the University of Kansas. I hope to major in Speech Language Pathology and subsequently earn a Masters in my field.

Experience

During the summer my old high school used hold Math and English summer camps for incoming 8th and 9th graders. I always volunteered, helping prepare the students for the upcoming school year. I was also never averse to helping out my fellow classmates.

Approach

In my life, I was fortunate to have many teachers that pushed me to be, and do my best, helping me realize just how intelligent I am. They truly inspired me and I wanted to be just like them. I want to help show someone their true potential. As a tutor, I will work together with the student, not giving all the answers but working them out together, for our mutual success. I am patient, flexible and determined to help others, and myself, achieve prosperity.
