Having lived overseas, I understand how difficult it can be to learn a new language in a foreign country. I try to bring that understanding into each ESL lesson, utilizing a patient, thorough approach to help my students learn with confidence.

ESL Tutoring
I have taught English to college students while working both as a private tutor and for private English schools. I also taught English at a university in China for one year. I am certified in TEFL.
Writing Tutoring
I have taught writing both in a classroom and a one-on-one setting. I have also worked as a freelance journalist for news organizations such as VICE.
