About Me

My name is Lorna Ash. I received a dual Bachelor of Fine Arts in Electronic Intermedia & Painting, along with an Art History Minor from the University of Florida* through New World School of the Arts. I am an interdisciplinary artist who uses a variety of media, including photography, sound, video, sculpture, installation, drawing & painting.

I have worked with several students throughout the past decade and have been fortunate to miami">tutor in various subjects ranging from the visual arts to technologically driven genres.

My aim as a miami">tutor is to create a 'platform of association' where students can relate their issue-subject with more simple & intuitive ideas thus establishing an engaging/none-threatening environment. Each student is encouraged to explore and find their voice while emphasizing in the importance of discipline & perseverance.
