I have a big family; two brother, a sister, two nieces and two nephews. I am a big animal lover and currently have three dogs, three cats and a chinchilla. I love to camp, hike, travel, do crafts and go to the beach.

About Me

I am a recent graduate of Mountain Pointe High School in Phoenix, Arizona. I am currently attending fresno-pacific-university">Fresno Pacific University. I love to help others. I am going to get my masters degree in psychology so that I can become a family and child psychologist.

I have had a lot of experience fresno">tutoring. Most of that experience is with my friends and siblings. I have two younger brothers (16 and 14) who I have helped in various math and science classes. Over the last year, I was a peer fresno">tutor for Anatomy, Pre-Calculus and Psychology. I have a lot of experience with math and science.

My fresno">tutoring approach is very simple and works for most students. First, I like to have a discussion with the student in order to discover what they already know and what they are having problems with. Then, I teach them how to do the problem. Next, I provide sample problems for the student to complete and then we discuss the solutions together. Lastly, the student go through each step, teaching me how to solve the problem correctly. I believe that one of the most successful ways to learn something and remember it is to teach it to someone else.
