One passion that people learn about me is that I LOVE being active and being outdoors. I like to go hiking, running, and volleyball is my favorite sport. I am the youngest of three and I am very family oriented. I love doing yoga and practicing the art of meditation.

About Me

I am from Stratford, CT and I am a Junior sociology major at Texas Christian University. I've been on the Dean's list since my freshmen year. When I graduate I want to serve Americrops for 2 years and eventualy work at the United Nations.

Experience

Serving as Vice President for the National Residency Honorary Hall I had the responsibility of organizing meetings and encouraging members to keep their grades up. I am also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Golden Key Honors Society. I volunteer at the Refugee Services of Texas and Kinderfrogs.

Approach

As a child I had a hard time learning in school. I was in need of one on one attention and guidence. I realized that I excelled best with patience and positive encouragment. As a tutor, I attempt to bring a fun, encouraging, and uplifting attituted to my students. Instead of giving students answers, I feel like its my job to not only help them understand the content, but the study skills that will help them be successful in their classes and their lives!!
