Fun Facts
I love origami and have a chain of paper cranes that follows me from dorm to dorm each year.
About Me
I am a junior Chemical Biology major at Saint Joseph's University. Ultimately I plan on going to medical school and becoming a doctor, most likely a neurologist.
Experience
I am a Supplemental Instruction leader for a freshman biology class here at SJU. I run extra help sessions twice a week to help underclassmen to master difficult material. I also volunteer once a week teaching 4th-grade science in a local elementary school.
Approach
I love learning, particularly science, and have always seen different topics as all part of one interwoven story. I try to help my students to see different topics as interrelated, engaging, and not just important for a test but for helping us understand the world around us.
