Approach

I am a big advocate of conceptual understanding of materials. I will not stop at finding the answer to a work problem, but will push you to understand the concept behind a question, and challenge you apply these ideas to a variety of broader questions. For organic chemistry, I highly recommend using modeling kits to get a hands-on, three dimensional understanding of the material.
