About Me
I am a PhD candidate in Chemistry at Florida Atlantic University. I am passionate about research as well as imparting knowledge to others through teaching. I am looking forward to university teaching positions, post-doctorate, or R&D industry positions. I love doing research and participate in solving research challenges that sometime will help relief the pain of a patient or early diagnose a disease to prevent complications.
Experience
Imparting knowledge and teaching to undergraduate and high school students is a great and wonderful experience. For more than 7 years, I did teach Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry I&II, and Biochemistry III labs, and assist in General Chemistry II lectures, to hundreds of students at FAU. I did tutor Chemistry to high school students as well. I had the opportunity to deeply understand the needs of students and to successfully impact their perception and turned that into love for the subject.
Approach
Nobody succeed in a subject they don't like because simply they understand. I prove students that Chemistry is related to everything in our life. With little things to memorize, and more things to understand, my students start to love the subject and that reflects very well on their learning curve and their grades not just in Chemistry, but all other subjects as well.
