I love playing sports.. especially basketball! I have played since I was very young and still play. I also play softball and volleyball and love to stay active.

About Me

I am a senior Biology major at St. Mary's University. I am graduating early and plan to attend medical school in Texas. My goal is to become a great physician who is personable and dedicated.

In high school, I had the opportunity to tutor elementary students in all subject areas including math and science. As a college student and as a member of the American Chemical Society of Students, I am tutoring elementary and middle school students monthly in all subject areas. Working with Frog Tutoring will give me the opportunity to work with a variety of students which I am very much looking forward to.

Through my experiences as both a tutor and a student, I have found that learning is much easier when the student is interested in what they are learning. Therefore, I enjoy coming up with fun ways to tutor and keep the students engaged in the material. I also feel that it is important to establish confidence in a student by giving examples and practice problems and encouraging the student to work through them on their own. By giving positive encouragement and teaching helpful study skills, students can be successful in all of their classes.
