I spend most of my free time watching Netflix of hanging out with friends! I enjoy reading and watching documentaries about the environment and outer space. I ran cross country for 12 years and still love to run whenever I get the chance!

About Me

I am a second year science/ohio/columbus">Computer Science & Engineering major and a member of the Humanitarian Engineering Scholars group at the Ohio State University. I hope to one day work to solve environmental problems through the use of science/ohio/columbus">computer science!

Experience

As a member of the Humanitarian Engineering Scholars group at Ohio State, I have had the opportunity to visit with groups of elementary school aged children and teach them basic engineering concepts. In high school, I was chosen to participate in a study group consisting of students that were likely to achieve high scores on the ACT. I have always enjoyed teaching my peers and Frog Tutoring gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge of some of my favorite subjects with all kinds of people!

Approach

In grade school and high school, I struggled with subjects that didn't interest me and had a hard time meeting my potential when it came to grades. I also had a lot of trouble with organization and study skills that hindered my ability to perform well and get work in on time. As a tutor I like to help students to see how fascinating each subject can be. I tutor on subjects that I am really passionate about and use that passion to convey ideas in easy-to-understand ways
