As a miami">tutor, I feel it is my responsibility to not only to help the students better understand the concepts of the material but to also implement the necessary study skills and problem solving skills that can be applied universally to many different subjects. I try to engage the students in the learning process and have them attempt to explain to me the concepts of the material, once they have a strong enough understanding of the material; to further cement what they have learned. I strive to guide them through the problem solving process instead of just giving them the answers.
