I love my kids! When I'm not at work, I'm with them - playing and trying to be outside. I also really like pottery and riding my bike.

About Me

I am an educator - I have taught ages 3-adult in most English and Spanish, but literacy, reading, writing and math are also specialities. I have a Masters Degree in Education specifically in TESOL.

Experience

I am an AZTESOL board member and worked at the University of Arizona in the Center for English as a Second Language for 6 years. I also to editing in English and Spanish for Learning A-Z.

Approach

Patience! Everyone has a different learning style, so I try to take different approaches to teaching. I try to be didactic and fun in my lessons. I believe that my students find me fair and know what to expect from me so there are no surprises and expectations are clear from the very beginning.
