Fun Facts
By far my big passion is Teaching and it is by teaching where I found one of my biggest pleasure in life which is crafts. I love doing different kind of crafts for my classes or for my love ones. volunteering is part of my life and it is how I met my husband 2 years ago. After I left my volunteering as a teacher in the Amazons of the Ecuador, We met in a Hostel in Quito. Just 3 days together were enough to know that we belong together forever.
About Me
My name is Fernanda and I am a 29 years old teacher from Chile. I have been in Utah for almost a year with my husband and our dog Wesley.Teaching is my passion and my work. I can not imagine doing something different.Me=y second passion is traveling and I have had the chance to live in travel in different parts of the world.
Experience
I have been teaching almost all my life but I got my Education bachelor degree in 2011. since then I have taught English as a second language, science in English and Spanish in different part of the world. I have taught in my country Chile, in Ecuador and in China. currently I am working in a federal program, Head Start, where I work as a lead teacher and a Family advocate.
Approach
My approach to teaching is based on my love for teaching and learning and It is mainly based in being student center. all my classes are completely different because all my students are completely different as well. I care about all the intelligent and different ways of learning which makes learning fun for everybody.
