I love to create!! I make jewelry, sew, crochet, wood-burn, and make cement objects. I also love to write and take pictures. Singing is another passion (karaoke is always a good time).
About Me
I am obtaining my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education so I can, eventually, teach education/california/fresno">Special Education. Helping others has always been a passion of mine. I was told at a young age that I have patience with explaining things that most do not have... I just want to do as much with it as possible.
Experience
I have tutored from elementary school age through college level courses.
Approach
I first talk to the student as an equal. I listen to their likes and dislikes, their fears and goals. I talk about some struggles that I have had as well because I feel that knowing someone does not think they are perfect helps when trying to make a connection. I always come with a positive attitude because I believe that happiness is contagious. I feel it is my responsibility to teach they way someone learns, not expect them to learn the way I want to teach.
