I am a former competitive debater and dancer. Traveling is one of my passions and I love to see new places and meet new people.
About Me
I am in my second year as a full-time graduate student at houston">the houston">University of Houston and I will be graduating in December of 2018. I also received my undergraduate degree in Communication and Political Science from the same university.
Experience
Last year I was able to tutor my neighbor's daughter and prepare her for the 7th-grade STAAR test. I have also been able to help students edit their high school and STEM program entrance essays.
Approach
Often the reason that many students struggle with various subjects is that material is not made to fit their learning styles. As a tutor, I aim to craft the subjects in a way that each individual student understands. Once students learn in a way that is most comfortable to them they tend to excel.
