I am from Chicago, IL and a huge Chicago sports fan! Cubs, bears, blackhawks. In my free time I like to stay active by doing yoga and playing soccer. I love to go out, but also love to stay in and watch movies..It's a tough choice!

About Me

I am a kindergarten teacher for the Tempe School District. I graduated from Arizona State Univeristy with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Ulitmatley I would like to move up into administration or teach a high grade, but right now I am enjoying kindergarten!

In my education studies I have had many years experience working with children through internships and student teaching. I have experience phoenix">tutoring elementary students in reading and math. I hold teaching certificates for both elementary and early childhood education. i am currently teaching kindergarten and love being around students and what I can learn from them. I am excited to get to know and work with the students that I will get a chance to meet!

I have always enjoyed school since my first day of preschool. I like to bring enthusiam to the table to make learning fun and not a chore. Education provides so many opportunities, if we allow it to. I will give students my all and never give up on finding solutions, and in turn I ask that my students not give up. I provide positive encouragement and energy that I hope will keep students heading in the right direction!
