About Me
I am a sophomore Justice with Criminology major and a Biochemistry minor at American University. I hope to go into something in the field of Criminal Justice, ideally in regards to science. I also like learning about photography and math.
In high school, I tutored more than a dozen students in chemistry, calculus, trigonometry, biology and statistics. In my AP Statistics class alone, out of 14 people in the class, I tutored 10 of them, and they all did very well in the class. I love helping people understand math and science.
I find that students have to understand the material for themselves. I try to find a way for them to learn the material, than explain it back to me. I do not think that a washington-dc">tutor should ever do the work for the student. The key is to explain and ask many questions, so that they know the answers.
