I am a personal trainer and have completed ironman triathlons, marathons, and ultra marathons. I also like to social dance salsa, country and western, and swing.

About Me

I am an easy-going, happy person. I like to help others. I especially like to see the evolution of students as they begin to understand material and figure problems out for themselves.

I tutored collegiate athletes in anatomy and physiology, human sexuality, and adolescent health while in graduate school.

I review the material with the student and make sure s/he has an understanding of the concepts of the material. Then we delve into the details and specific examples of the concepts. Lastly we practice problem solving using the concepts and details of the material.
