Fun Facts

I love music, and my favorite band is The Beatles! I can play the piano, clarinet, guitar, and some percussion instruments (marimba, xylophone, bells). I enjoy sewing, crocheting and knitting. I love playing board games, and video games with my friends. I am the oldest and middle child in my family. I love spending time with my husband and 4 month old son.

About Me

I am a senior Psychology major at California State University, Fresno. When I graduate I hope to attend the graduate program of Applied Behavior Analysis at Fresno State. I hope to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Although I have not had professional fresno">tutoring experience, I am one of the oldest in my family and the only one who has gone to college. Various members of my family have come to me with help and I have taught them how to do their homework. My friends who have also needed help with their coursework have also asked me for help understanding what their professors were teaching them. I am currently in Intervention and Support class, where I am required to help autistic children for 2 hours.

I have always loved school and learning, even when it was difficult. Because of this, I have learned to be creative in finding new ways to learn how to approach difficult material. I am fascinated with human behavior and want to help those who want to change their behavior. I will teach in a positive approach, and use my knowledge of psychology to enhance study skills and encourage students to utilize their skills to find solutions to their problems. I am kind, strict and fair.
