About Me

Help students understand a particular subject. Help students with note taking, study effectively. Help students with test taking methods and solving math/science problems, so that they succeed.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and currently an Electrical Engineering graduate student. I tutored my neighbor's son when I was in high school for three summers. I was a tutor at Dallas Independent School District and El Centro Dallas Community College.

In my 1st session of tutoring, I exchange a brief background with students to help establish commonalities and make students feel more at ease. Afterwards, I provide sample exercises to identify the students' weaknesses and strengths. I show students the steps and procedures for solving problems, how to apply their learning independently. I discuss study skills, test tackling methods, and what has worked for me.
