About Me

I am a senior studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Kansas. . My ultimate goal is to earn a PhD. in Chemical Engineering and hopefully be able to work in one of the top tier chemical manufacturing companies.

Experience

I am currently an undergraduate teaching assistant for general chemistry 2 CHEM 135, I was also a TA for Kansas Algebra Program. I have been a grader for Pre-Calc, Calculus and Linear Algebra.I have always been eager impact the young minds with the little I know, from my experience, students are able to relate with other students than their professors. Working at Frog Tutoring gives me the opportunity to spread my knowledge and even help students create interest in subjects they don't like.

Approach

My first time having a student tutor was in college. my TA made classes very fun and relate-able. She looked for the easiest way to get the purpose of each chapter across, from then I started learning to understand instead of learning to pass, which has definitely helped my career soo far. As a tutor, I will incorporate all of the ideas I have learnt from my previous experiences, Utilize fun, emotional intelligence and friendship to help my students learn each concept faster.
