Fun Facts
I love to get active and learn new things! In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and trying out new experiences. I am the youngest of three, and have never been out of Texas. Someday soon, I hope to learn sculpture.
About Me
I am currently a junior at Trinity University looking to broaden my view of the different aspects of the medical field. When I graduate, I hope to become fluent in a foreign language. I also plan to explore my interests in medicine on a global scale!
In the past, I have informally tutored my college- aged peers in the core sciences. Some of these classes include General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. I have also helped peers develop stronger study skills.
My approach to tutoring is hands- on.
Experience
I have experience working with students in multiple disciplines such as Chemistry, Biology, and Spanish. I also volunteer to teach individuals at a local immigration shelter. Working for Frog Tutoring gives me the opportunity to impact even more lives of students that need help!
Approach
I recognize the value that tutors have on the ability to encourage and promote learning outside of the traditional classroom student. I was fortunate enough to have peer tutors, who through with a passion to help students learn and enthusiasm helped me realize my true potential. As a tutor, I hope to become a positive influence in the educational experiences of my students.
