About Me
I am a rising fourth year Biology major at Illinois Tech. I have been on the Dean's List every semester so far! When I graduate, I hope to attend Dental School in hopes of becoming a dentist.
Experience
I am a tutor at the Academic Resource Center on campus. I tutor college level Biology and Chemistry classes. I am also an older sister to three younger brothers - so I am also experienced with helping younger ones.
Approach
I use art to explain difficult topics to my students. I draw diagrams and use whiteboards, always making sure to help the students visualize what they are learning. I found most students to be visual learners so this helps a great deal.
