Fun Facts
I love to time travel through the written word!
About Me
I am a Doctoral student currently working on developing her own educational initiative. In the meantime, I am working to accrue as much experience as possible to season my pursuit with wisdom and purpose.
Experience
For the last five years, I have taught a variety of composition and literature courses at the college level. These experiences have granted me the opportunity to merge creativity with educational content. Prior to teaching on the college level, I served as an in-home tutor for NYC students preparing for statewide exams, while also providing homework help.
Approach
I am the product of extensive feedback and positive reinforcement. My approach is aiding students to improvement by highlighting their strengths. My goal is for students to eliminate use of the word "wrong," and conceptualize what is conventionally labeled a "misstep" as a speed bump on the way to being right.
