Fun Facts
A passion that I have is for fitness and gymnastics! Whenever I have free time I love getting in any form of exercise to stay healthy! I am the youngest of three girls in my family and have a love for my pug named Sadie.
About Me
I am a senior math major at Sacred Heart University. I have been on the Dean's list a few times now and upon graduation I start my master's program for secondary education. My goal is to work in a school system for a few years and hopefully make my way up to teaching at a college level.
Experience
I have done field work at a Middle School by my college for a year now and had the opportunity to be in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classrooms along with teach my own personal lesson to two different 8th grade classes.
Approach
When I was younger, math was always a subject that came really easy to me and I always would see so many people struggle to get through it and become frustrated, I want to be able to reach others who are having difficulties and try to give them positive encouragement that it just takes time and practice. I don't want to see people give up because of lack of help and encouragement. I hope to help pass along some of my study techniques that will allow students more success in the classroom!

Mathematics
Calculus I Tutoring
I have taken Calc 1, Calc 2, and Calc 3 and have improved my grade and understanding the farther along I went.
College Algebra Tutoring
As a math major, I have basic understandings of many topics in math so I feel as if I would be able to assist some struggled. Algebra was my favorite math subject!
Pre Calculus Tutoring
I Have taken Precalc in high school along with taking it again in college and I received an A in it after taking it the second time. I am also currently studying for my Praxis exam so I am brushing up on old material as well.
Algebra II Tutoring
Currently studying for my Praxis exam so I am in the process of reviewing old material, including algebra 2. Algebra 2 was one of my favorite topics to learn in math!
Calculus Tutoring
I have taken Calc at a college level and now as an upper level math major I understand more basic concepts that I did not before.

Since I am a math major I feel as if I can assist in general and basic math.

Trig goes along with precalc and calc so I feel confident that I will be able to pass along my knowledge and assistance.
