About Me

After my last year of studying Biochemistry on the track of becoming a Doctor, I realized that I was following the passions of my parents rather than what my soul wanted.

Although teaching and media arts isn't what a typical African parent would like, it has made me really happy pursuing my passions. I studied at TTU, and although I switched career paths, I have been on the Dean's list and President's List as well as had the privilege to be a part of BSA, ASO, ASLO, and MSA at Texas Tech.

Experience

I have tutored for several years, for orgs, volunteering as well as when I freelanced for three years and tutored from elementary, junior high, and high school, as well as some of my peers in university.

Approach

My approach is to make sure I go at the student's speed and to make sure to make the session as straightforward and colorful as possible. New material can be overwhelming, especially when students in the more advanced classes juggling a well-rounded lifestyle for college applications and organizations. Also since I struggled for most of my junior high and high school years with ADHD, despite being in the advanced placement courses, I wish to help others the way I wish I was helped! :D
